Recorder Concert
Last week, Jesse played and sang before the NH School Board meeting. Two days later, they had a 'full blown' concert at their school. Jesse never mentioned beforehand that he had a piano solo so we were very surprised...& proud! They did a great job. Eric actually went "on (6th grade band) tour" last week also and got to play a brand new trombone at all of the elementary schools. He was excited for this and although we didn't get to go, I'm sure they did a terrific job! This week is filled with field trip fun, next week is field day and graduation and then they'll be DONE soon after!

Kennywood School Picnic
This weekend, we actually stuck around town. My brother's family came in and we went to Kennywood together on Saturday. It was a BEAUTIFUL day to go and we all had lots of fun. While the "big kids" went on Phantom's Revenge, Angie and I worked our way through Kiddieland. I rode on the carousel and the Lil' Phantom with her. We were all beat tired and went to bed early then. Today has been a pretty lazy and relaxing day. We need more of those more often!
