Going Home

We pushed on all Saturday to reach Wyethville, VA. On Sunday, we decided to stop in Fayetteville, WV to stretch our legs walking out the scenic overlook. Jon and I met in this area, rafting down this river quite a few years ago. It was a nice day for the walk and view and made a great stop on our way back. Just a few hours later we were home sweet home. Aside from a large disintegrated carved jack-o-lantern melted into our carpet there to greet us, it felt good to be back. Jon got the dogs the next day and the boys return to school went well as they only missed two days so there was not much catch up needed.
